The International Instructor Course was successfully conducted in Antananarivo, Madagascar from May 2-4, 2025, under the technical direction of GM Kim Ung Lan (ITF Technical Committee member). The event saw 54 participation representing New Zealand, Madagascar, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.

With participation from five nations spanning Southern Africa and beyond, this event has fostered international cooperation while ensuring technical standards are maintained at the highest level.
GM Kim Ung Lan’s expert instruction has equipped participants with enhanced technical knowledge and teaching methodologies that will benefit thousands of students across their respective countries. The connections formed between instructors from different nations will continue to strengthen the ITF Taekwon-Do community for years to come.
