Opening Ceremony Info
The ceremony will begin at 8pm in citywest Convention Centre on Tuesday Oct 10th. We ask all flag bearers to be present at 7pm for a brief rehearsal and all attendees to arrive for 7.30pm to be seated.
Spectator Tickets
| Every two years the very best competitors from around the World gather to compete for the honour of being the ITF World Champion. In 2017 Dublin, Ireland plays host to the premier event on the ITF calendar. Come and see the very best our sport has to offer, support your team and join in the action. Tickets are not required if:
We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to pre-order a souvenir T-Shirt at a reduced price when you buy your ticket. If you choose to buy a souvenir T-Shirt you will collect your purchase upon arrival. You must have a printed or electronic copy of your ticket to redeem your purchase. |
Press Passes
Dear ITF members,
Those wishing to access the main competition floor to take photos at the upcoming ITF World Championships must be granted a Press Pass by the organisers in conjunction with the ITF communications committee. All those applying for a press pass must meet the following requirements
✔Attend the ITF media team meeting on Tuesday October 10th in Citywest (more info to follow).
✔Agree to share your photos on each day of the event with the ITF communications committee for publishing on the official ITF social media.
✔Wear the official ITF press pass t shirt while on the competition floor.
✔Be registered on the PROMIS site as ITF Press
✔Send a passport type photo of themselves along with some samples of work to [email protected] in order to apply for approval.
✔Only those meeting the above requirements and showing a high quality of sample work will be approved and granted access to the main floor.
✔All other photographers may take photos from outside of the main competition floor.
✔Please note, the number of passes issued will be limited
✔Please apply by email to [email protected] by July 31st.
