World Championships 2023 -Accommodation booking deadline on April 15

The deadline for booking the accommodation is April 15.

We want to remind all team managers that the accommodation booking deadline on April 15 is approaching. By this date you will need to have an accommodation booking for the required number of rooms and paid the 50 % prepayment according to the proforma invoice sent by the organizing committee. The accommodation booking can be done in our online system TKDMAN to which credentials can be requested from Lasse Kuusisto ([email protected]).

We allow minor changes to the booking (max 10 % change in the number of people) until August 1, 2023, and after that we will invoice the remaining balance.

Note! It is not possible to postpone the booking and payment deadline since as the organizer we are required to release most of the unbooked rooms from our quota during April and pay 50% of our bookings to the hotels. We hope that all teams will understand this and make their booking within the given timeline. We don’t need to know the names of the people in the booking at this stage, the required number of rooms and the prepayment are the most important things.
