Dear Team Managers,
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the 9th World Cup 2024 in Argentina.
For those clubs / schools that have already booked their accommodation, the
second Letter of Payment will be issued and sent next week, with the remaining
amounts. They can still make slight modifications on their booking.
After the deadline, there won’t be more access to the online forms, and all
modifications will be done by email ([email protected]).
The new requests / changes will need the approval of the Accommodation and
Transfers Department (based mostly on availability).
For those clubs / schools that have already booked transfers, please don’t forget to
add your full arrival and departure information on the transfers form (date, time,
airline, flight nr., etc.) as soon as you buy your tickets.
There are still a few available places for accommodation and / or transfers.
Remember that to get your online accommodation / transfer form, you need to fill
