Tomorrow, Monday, September 28, is registration and weigh-in day — no competition takes place, but it’s the most important logistics day of the week. More than 2600 competitors will be personally approved by the Umpire IT team.
What to bring tomorrow: your national ID or passport, your official competitor ID card, and your signed Declaration of Consent form. The order is: accommodation verification, then registration including accreditation (receiving your World Cup ID card), then verification & weigh-in. Full country-by-country time slots are published; weigh-in closes strictly at 15:30, and competitors arriving after that are not accepted (a missed first attempt gets one hour for a second and final try).
By the time the doors close tomorrow evening, the full field will be checked in and ready — every one of the 57 countries on the entry lists, from the largest squads to the smallest, side by side in Benidorm. Tuesday morning brings the Opening Ceremony at 8:30, and with it, the start of five intense days of competition.
