On 3 November took place in Kiev, Ukraine, a technical seminar conducted by the president of the I.T.F., Grand Master Paul Weiler, IX dan and organized by the Ukraine All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union.
The seminar was addressed to the current Instructors of the Federation of Ukraine and to the candidates for Instructors, selected to receive the Teaching License in 2020.
220 participants attended the Seminar and the event took place at a very intense pace that alternated training sessions with breaks.
The friendly atmosphere and the knowledge acquired from the Grand Master Weiler facilitated the assimilation of practical material and gave impetus for further development and improvement of the instructors and athletes of the Ukraine All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union.
