International Taekwon-Do Federation would like to inform that the XXVIII Congress – the Ordinary and the Extraordinary General Assembly 2020 will be held on Sunday, November 15th, 2020.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the Congress will be held ONLINE via Zoom Application.
The first call is at 8:00 AM (Central European Time) and the second call at 8:15 AM (CET).
The items to be discussed are enclosed in the proposed agenda.
The voting will be held parallel to the General Assembly on a separate platform dedicated for online voting.
Each NA member may be represented at the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly with maximum of two (2) delegates of the National Association (NA) but only one (1) will have right to vote. The application must indicate the e-mail addresses of the delegates in order the attendees receive the link to the Zoom meeting and those entitled to vote the access details to the online voting platform.
The representatives of ITF Members with Allied Associations or Club Recognized Status may also attend the General Assembly as observers. Also in this case the associations must complete the application form. Based on this application ITF will send the invitation to the Zoom Meeting by email.
