Despite the COVID-19 Pandemic that has substantially modified the annual agenda prepared for this year, the activities do not stop.
Last Saturday, Gustavo Livon (chair), Daniel Schmidt, Owen Bolun Dai and Fabián Izquierdo, members of the Development and Communications Committee, held a new regular meeting through the Zoom platform.
Since the beginning of this year, they have been holding meetings that cover a wide range of schedules from Guatemala (GMT-6), to China (GMT + 8), through Brazil (GMT-3) and Germany (GMT + 2).
The main objective is to achieve an increasingly better coordination whose goal is to inform the ITF members better and better, optimizing development times and content publication, as well as response to emails related to the area under their responsibility.
Among other topics analyzed, there was the imminent putting on line of the official website in Spanish language and the progress of the works for the Russian version.
On the other hand, projects that emerged in the Business & Marketing Committee were analyzed with a view to collaborating in the better communication of them.
In addition, progress was made on the annual activity report to be presented to the ITF’s governing body and, finally, certain points of the plan for 2021 were outlined.
