On September 7th, 2020 Commission of Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine came to a decision on the recognition Taekwon-Do as sport in Ukraine. So All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union, which represents the International Taekwon-Dо Federation in Ukraine since 2006, received accreditation from Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine according to the Decree # 1557 from 16.09.2020.
All Ukrainian Taekwon-Do Union is a national association in Ukraine and has the highest level. Organization has a clear organizational and management structure, which includes the Conference of members, the Presidium, the Coaching Council, the Judges, the Attestation Commission, the Audit Commission and the Supervisory Board, which organize the work and monitor compliance with the charter activities of the ITF and Union.
Today, the Union has about 3,500 members in 17 regional branches, including 123 coaches and 79 sports judges. The main task of the organization is to involve children and young people in a healthy lifestyle through active sport as Taekwon-Do.
The Union also implements the social direction of the organization within the social project “Healthy Nation – the future of Ukraine”
