World Record Event 2025

The ITF invites all interested athletes to participate in the World Record Event 2025 at the Gala of the World Championships 2025 on October 11 in Porec, Croatia.

This event is the first one on the global stage. It has only one category: twimyo nopi ap cha busigi – flying high front kick.

While the Special Technique category during the World Championships includes the same kick but with a fixed height (e.g., 260cm for adults male), the World Record event tries to find the athlete with a valid technique at the largest height. The qualification for the World Record Event starts at, e.g., 270cm for adults male.

Be ready to participate at an extraordinary event!
