This seminar is organized by the ITF Association of Taiwan in collaboration with ITF Vietnam, with the main purpose of promote the art of Taekwon-Do in the Asian region, and will be conducted by Master Mariusz Steckiewicz, a recognized instructor from Poland with over 35 years of experience.

Tailoring Taekwon-Do techniques and training to fit individual needs, which is essential for maximizing potential.
How to Recognize and Minimize the Injuries in Taekwon-Do training.

Lecturer:

Master Mariusz Steckiewicz is an 8th degree black belt and professional ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer and sports coach, who’s currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
