Our famous SUPER CLASS is back!
Mark your calendar JULY 27, 2024 @ UTC 1pm over Zoom, 5 of the greatest ITF Women will share some of their training secrets and exercises to improve patterns performance over a 2 hour class.
This is an active class. The ladies will each focus on a different pattern and will talk about and show some exercises to help improve movements in that pattern.
