Elite Athlete Camp 2025 – Tampere, Finland

Black Eagle Taekwon-Do invites you to the Elite Athlete Taekwon-Do Camp, taking place on 8-10. August 2025 at Black Eagle Taekwon-Do in Tampere, Finland.

This high-performance weekend is open to athletes aged 13 and above, from blue belt and higher (green belts by invitation only), who are committed to serious training and competition development. The camp is led by an outstanding team of international champions and high-level instructors focused on maximizing your physical, tactical, and mental performance.

  • Master Thierry Meyour VIII Dan – ITF Finland technical director, Finnish Coach of the year 2023.
  • Master Lylian Doulay VII Dan – France – World Champion, World Cup Winner, 3× European Champion
  • Bsbn Ursa Terdin – Slovenia – a Sports Psychology lecture by multiple ITF and WAKO European and World Champion

🕔 Training Schedule:

Friday

  • 17:00–18:30 — Pre training session with Masters Meyour and Doulay (Extra session: 30€)
  • 18:30–20:00 — Live lecture (Sports Psychology) – Can be attended via Zoom.

Saturday

  • 08:30–10:30 — Track & Field + Conditioning (bring waterproof clothing in case of rain)
  • 13:00–16:00 — Patterns (coaching feedback, competition rounds)
  • 16:00–19:00 — Sparring Drills & Rounds

Sunday

  • 08:30–10:30 — Track & Field + Conditioning (bring waterproof clothing in case of rain)
  • 13:00–15:00 — Patterns (coaching feedback, competition rounds)
  • 15:00–17:00 — Sparring Drills & Rounds

💶 Participation Fee: including 7 hours of training

The fees include the following: Friday sessions (Sports Psychology online or live), one strength & conditioning session per day (Sat + Sun), one technical session per day (pattern or sparring), coaching from internationally renowned instructors

Camp:

  • Early Bird: 130€ (paid by 21.6.)
  • Late: 145€ (paid by 19.7.)
  • Rush: 155€ (paid by 31.7.)

🛏️ Accommodation:

Free overnight stay available at the venue – just bring your sleeping bag and sleep mask (Possibility to shower).
