Master Christian Oriolani and Sabum Silvia Farigu were invited by the president of the Union Tunisienne de Taekwon-Do, Sabum Adel Lajili, to conduct 2 days seminar in Kelibia, Tunisia, the 6th and 7th of september. The presenter received a very warm welcome at the airport and a special treatment throughout their stay.
On saturday started the 4th Training Camp at the Naval School in Kelibia, with over 220 participants form 8 Tunisian associations. Master Christian and Sabum Silvia took turns through both theoretical and practical sessions. During the sparring session they focused more on managing the distance. For the technical part they work a lot about sine wave and fundamental movements. Also kicks, balance and strength exercises were proposed.
Participants showed great commitment and interest during all the seminars.
The second day started with a kids session, with over 100 young students practiced and played all together with great enthusiasm.
In the afternoon there was another session for older students and the seminar ended with a national Television interview, prizes and photos.
The presenters were very satisfied and grateful for this experience and they recognize the big effort and commitment of Mr. Laijili and all the instructors to spread ITF Taekwon-Do in Tunisia and Africa, and to organize such a good event.
