It was held on June 21 and 22, 2025 at the Radisson Metrotel Hotel in the city of Bogota, Colombia.
The course was organized by the Colombian Taekwon-Do Association, presided by Sabum Nim Guillermo Ospina, with the close collaboration of Grand Master Gonzalo Camelo.
It was directed by Grand Master Abelardo Benzaquen, Chairman of the ITF Umpire Committee, together with Grand Master Rubén Suárez, member of the aforementioned committee.

Those appointed were assisted by Master Gustavo Naranjo, from the United States, who was in charge of the logistics of the SportData electronic system.
There were 65 participants from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and the United States. The cultural diversity and high technical level of the participants enriched the course with varied and constructive experiences.

Through the review of the official rules and the dynamics carried out during the course, the quality and unification of concepts was achieved in order to put them into practice in international, national and regional events.
During the course, theoretical and practical activities were developed, focused on the review of the official rules, the procedures for the competitions of patterns, sparring, power test and special techniques, the roles of each umpire, the signaling and management of the electronic system through real-time simulations and resolving and clarifying doubts about practical cases.
Certificates were given to each of the participants, bonds of friendship were strengthened, and everyone was very satisfied with the course.
Special thanks to ITF President, GM Paul Weiler for his permanent support. –
