The 21ST Umpiring and referees Seminar was held on 23rd of Sep. 2020 in the ITF Camp in Kabul City.
40 Umpires and Referees had participated from Kabul, Maidan Wardak, Logar, Ghazni, Panjshir and Kandahar provinces and a team from ITF elite.
The Seminar was conducted by Mr. Shoib Rahmani the president of Afghanistan ITF Federation and Vice president of Asian ITF and Mr. Said Zabiullah Faqir.
Participants have received Certificates Afghanistan ITF Federation; many supporters came to the closing ceremony.
