Both, ITF and the World Championships organizing committee, have received many requests for postponing the accommodation booking deadline since in many countries the national team selection process is still ongoing.
The Finnish organizing committee has contacted all the hotels and just managed on April 14 to find an agreement to extend the deadline for both bookings and payments until Sunday May 28. On that date, the organizing committee will be invoicing the 50% deposit fee.
Please note this is the absolute last deadline and after this you can only make small (max. 10%) changes to the accommodation booking until August 1. The organizers will release all unbooked rooms at the beginning of June, excluding a small quota for the aforementioned changes.
This extension of the accommodation booking period is only possible because of the countries that have already completed their booking. Thanks to everyone who helped to achieve this agreement!
