In an endeavour to provide the wide knowledge of ITF Grand Master and Masters to all of our members, the ITF offers public and free access to many theses published on www.itfmasters.com. All of the theses were part of a graduation, typically required for a promotion to 7th degree and above.
This project was initiated by Master Niklas Enander, Member of the ITF Africa Development team and one of the most active ITF Masters promoting ITF Taekwon-Do all over the world. After an initial starting phase, the developers of www.itfmasters.com and the ITF teamed up to collect, publish, and promote ITF theses.
The website itfmasters.com provides its readers with the knowledge of ITF Grand Masters and Masters. All authors have decades long experience in ITF Taekwon-Do. And some have special expertise through their profession. It is a must read for every Taekwon-Do enthusiast. We would like to thank all those who have contributed and made their knowledge available. And always remember: “You never stop learning – so learn from the best!”
Grand Master Paul Weiler
President of the International Taekwon-Do Federation
Currently, there are more than 40 theses available. The theses cover different aspects of Taekwon-Do, ranging from categories such as training, teaching, and health to competition and self defence.
Every thesis was provided directly by the author including the rights to publish it. If you want to contribute with your own thesis, please contact Daniel Schmidt, Chair of the ITF Development and Communucation Committee, or write directly to [email protected].
The website offers also a regularly updated list of active ITF Grand Masters and Masters. If there are Grand Masters and Masters missing in the list, please contact [email protected].
