During the 15th and 16th of May, the first online QIUC took place, dictated specially for Russian speaking countries by the ITF Umpire Committee. The two days were developed in a very dynamic way and the students were offered the full ITF Umpiring program in all its specialties (Patterns, Sparring, Pre-Arranged, Power Break and Special Techniques), with the presence of 110 participants, and 11 countries: Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
