Another good initiative, this time from Canada.
JC’s Tae Kwon-Do, Amherst NS celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8th. We are small but mighty group of young women promoting women in ITF Tae Kwon-Do. We focused on women’s self defence, sparring drills, and spoke about the importance of working together as a Team and promoting women. “Successful women build each other up. They motivate, inspire and push each other to achieve our hopes and dreams”.
