The 3rd Lumbini Province Taekwon-Do Championship has been successfully concluded the participation of 90 male and 40 female with Junior and senior level tournament of 6 district of Lumbini Province in the Province city of Butwal in Rupandehi from 17th -18th August of 2024.
The 1st day opening ceremony has opened by the Mayor of Butwal Sub Metropolitan city Mr.Khel Raj Pandey, He emphasizes to support such kind of Taekwon-do event in future and provide the necessary infrastructure facility by the Metro city to the athletes.
Nayagaon Dojang of Rupandehi has won the first place secured the 8 Gold 6 Silver and 10 Bronze likewise the Pragati Taekwon-Do Dojang secured 6 Gold 8 Silver and 10 Bronze and Yogikuti -Based Intellectual Dojang Secured with 3 Gold 5 Silver and 8 Bronze of the 3rd Lumbini Province level Taekwondo Championship,
The Championship organized by the Rupandehi “Yong Brother” Association approved by the “International Taekwondo Federation Nepal“.
Miss Janessa GM of Pragati Dojang the best female athlete in the 30kg, similarly,
Mr. Sushan Saru of Janjyoti Dojang the best male athlete in the men’s 25 kg.
The medal awarded to the winner of Championship by the President of Chamber of Rupendehi District Commerce Chairman Mr.Hari Prasad Aryal and the President of ITF Taekwon-Do Nepal Mr. Chetan Raj Giri,with medals and Trophy .
The Organizing Chairman Mr.Bam Budha Magar, Young Brother President Mr. Janak Raj Gautam and the Senior Taekwon-Do instructor Nawaraj Kharel was facilitated this events.
