On October 6 – 8, 2023, the 169th International Instructors Course (IIC) of the International Taekwon-Do Federation was successfully held at the SND ARENA Stadium of the National Sports Secretariat of Asuncion, Paraguay. It can be said that this IIC has been a historically important course for Paraguay with an astonishing 257 participants from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Germany, Israel, Mexico, Paraguay, and United States.
The IIC was taught by GM Héctor Marano, chair of the ITF Technical and Instructor Committee, and GM Ung Kim Lan, member of the ITF Technical and Instructor Committee.
Special guests of the IIC 169 in Paraguay included GM Paul Weiler (ITF President), Master Leonardo Oros Duek (ITF Treasurer and chair of the ITF Inclusion Committee), and Sbn Gastón Casero (chair of the ITF Harmony Committee).
