DESCRIPTION:Taking Place during theITF WORLD CUP 2026 – 28th OF SEPTEMBER – 3rd OF OCTOBER 2026 – IN BENIDORM\, SPAIN \n\n\n\nDuring the 1st ITF World Record Event in the “Twimyo Nopi Ap Cha Busigi” discipline at the 2025 World Championships\, remarkable records were set: \n\n\n\nMale Record holder: Andrei Ionut Chiriac (Romania) set the limit to 291cm. \n\n\n\nFemale Record holder is Michelle Wendykier (Poland) with a height of 254 cm. \n\n\n\nWe would like to continue with 2nd ITF World Record Event in the “Twimyo Nopi Ap Cha Busigi” discipline during the ITF Taekwon-Do World Cup 2026. \n\n\n\nThe World Record Event is independent from ther World Cup and it is not a category of the World Cup. \n\n\n\nThe registration will take place in Sportdata via ITF online. \n\n\n\nProcedure:The World Record Event will have two parts.Part 1 – Qualification:The qualification is accomplished with one valid attempt for a minimum height (240 cm for women and 285 cm for men). An attempt is valid if the board engages at least at an angle of 45° or more.The qualification will be scheduled after the corresponding individual special technique event of the World Cup.Each participant has a maximum of two attempts to qualify with a valid attempt. \n\n\n\nPart 2 – World Record Attempt:Each qualified participant decides for themselves at what height they wish to start\, provided that the minimum height is 1 cm higher than the current world record.Participants may continue as long as they have not made two failed attempts.After the first unsuccessful attempt\, the participant can decide whether to try the same height again\, increase it\, or decrease it. \n\n\n\n\nby Marko Juric\n\n\n\nby Marko Juric

DESCRIPTION:It is an honor to invite you to participate in the 3rd ITF Adapted Taekwon-Do World Cup. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nUPDATE: \n\n\n\nDear ITF Members\,  \n\n\n\nOn behalf of the International Taekwon-Do Federation\, I am pleased to inform you that on 12 July 2026 the ITF Board approved a number of important changes concerning the organisation of the 3rd ITF Adapted Taekwon-Do World Cup\, which will be held in Benidorm\, Spain\, on 30 September 2026. \n\n\n\nThe purpose of these changes is to encourage the widest possible participation in the Adapted Taekwon-Do World Cup and to make the event more accessible to athletes and National Associations worldwide. All changes have received the positive opinion of the ITF Board and the event Organiser. \n\n\n\n1. Competition Date and ScheduleThe Adapted Taekwon-Do World Cup will take place on Wednesday\, 30 September 2026\, in the afternoon. Accreditation of competitors and delegations will be conducted in the morning of the same day. \n\n\n\n2. Allocation of Competition GroupsThe division of competitors into competition groups will be carried out only after the accreditation of participants has been completed. This approach will ensure that groupings reflect the actual number and profile of accredited competitors\, providing fair and meaningful competition for all participants. \n\n\n\n3. Entry Fee WaivedThe competition entry fee for Adapted Taekwon-Do competitors has been abolished. Participation in the 3rd ITF Adapted Taekwon-Do World Cup is free of charge. \n\n\n\n4. Free Choice of AccommodationThe additional accreditation fee previously applied to competitors not booking accommodation through the official Organiser has been removed. Adapted Taekwon-Do competitors and their carers may freely arrange their own accommodation according to their individual accessibility\, transport and support needs\, without any financial penalty. \n\n\n\n5. Length of StayThe duration of stay in Benidorm will depend solely on the decision of the Adapted Taekwon-Do competitor and their carers. Scheduling the entire event — accreditation\, competition and medal presentations — within a single day allows participants to significantly reduce travel and accommodation costs\, should they wish to do so. \n\n\n\n6. Minimum Grade Requirement RemovedThe previous requirement of holding a minimum grade of 4th Gup has been abolished. Participation is now open to all competitors from 10th Gup upwards\, with grade divisions created according to the number of registered competitors. DESCRIPTION:The International Do Course (IDC) is a central element of the ITF syllabus.
