DESCRIPTION:Dear ITF Members \n\n\n\nOn behalf of Sbn Santosh Kumar Yadav\, Secretary General ITF Taekwon-Do Federation of India\, and the International Taekwon-Do Federation Umpire Committee (ITF UC)\, we invite and welcome you to the 45th Qualifying International Umpire Course (QIUC) to be held on April 14th and 15th\, 2024\, in Gorakhpur\, Uttar Pradesh\, India. \n\n\n\nThe ITF runs International Umpire Courses around the world on a regular basis\, especially prior to all major championships such as World Cups and World Championships\, to ensure all officials are up to date with the rules\, regulations\, and the latest technical aspects. \n\n\n\nThis International Umpire Course takes place just six months before the 9th ITF World Cup in Argentina and serves as a Qualifying course for those umpires wishing to apply for the competition. \n\n\n\nParticipants can also apply for the Umpire A certificate (4th Degree and above)\, and Umpire B certificate (2nd Degree and above). \n\n\n\nThe course is open to all ITF members from red belts and above\, from 16 years old and above and all participants will receive a participation diploma. \n\n\n\nIt will take place at GORAKHPUR\, HOTEL CLARKS GRAND located at .6 Park Road\, Civil Lines Gorakhpur\, U.P. -INDIA -273001 (Phone + 91-9936799061/63\, Web: https://hotelclarksgrand.com) \n\n\n\nThe Course will be conducted by the ITF International Umpire Committee\, led by its Chairman Grand Master Abelardo Benzaquen.
