DESCRIPTION:On behalf of Grand Master Suarez and the International Taekwon-Do Federation Umpire Committee(ITF UC)\, we invite and welcome you to the 43 rd Qualifying Presential International Umpire Course (QIUC) to be held on February 24-25\, 2024\, in Queens\, New York.The course is open to all red belts\, from 16 years old and above and will take place at the LaGuardiaPlaza Hotel located at 104-04 Ditmars Blvd\, East Elmhurst\, NY 11369. (Phone: 718-457-6300; Web:http://www.laguardiaplazahotel.com).The Course will be conducted by the ITF International Umpire Committee\, led by IUC Chairman Grand Master Abelardo Benzaquen and Master Kurt Ottesen\, members of the ITF Umpire Committee. It is organized by GM Rubén Suárez\, also member of the ITF UC.The members of the ITF Umpire Committee wish to emphasize the importance of face-to-face coursesand especially appreciate the effort made by the participants to attend this course.
