Hosted by Black Eagle Taekwon-Do Finland, this highly anticipated event was supported by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and ITF Taekwon-Do Finland. The first day was dedicated to a comprehensive review of <strong>color belt patterns<\/strong>, providing participants with a detailed breakdown of techniques and corrections. After an intensive training session, participants enjoyed a traditional Finnish sauna to relax and recover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/itftkd.sport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IIC-Finland-06.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"37499\" src=\"https:\/\/itftkd.sport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IIC-Finland-06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37499\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/itftkd.sport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IIC-Finland-04.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"37497\" src=\"https:\/\/itftkd.sport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IIC-Finland-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37497\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 2: Saturday, September 14, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second day began at 9:00 and concluded at 16:00. The day\u2019s agenda included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patterns for <strong>1st to 3rd degree black belts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Various forms of <strong>sparring<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical <strong>self-defense<\/strong> techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The instructors provided a deep dive into each of these areas, ensuring that participants received clear and in-depth explanations. The evening ended with a <strong>banquet<\/strong> at Varala, where participants and instructors shared experiences and built camaraderie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 3: Sunday, September 15, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final day of the seminar started at 9:00 and ended at 13:00. This session focused on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patterns for <strong>4th to 6th degree black belts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A comprehensive <strong>review of lower-degree patterns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A closing <strong>sparring session<\/strong> led by <strong>Grand Master Jedut<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The IIC concluded with a final address from the Grand Masters, expressing their gratitude and encouragement for all participants to continue their journey in Taekwon-Do with renewed energy and focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Feedback and Reviews<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar received high praise from participants and instructors alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grand Master Hector Marano<\/strong> commended the <strong>number of participants<\/strong>, the <strong>excellent facilities<\/strong>, and the <strong>smooth organization<\/strong> of the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sabum Dorota Mazur<\/strong> shared her appreciation for the <strong>flawless organization<\/strong> and the <strong>smaller group size<\/strong>, which allowed for more in-depth instruction.
