Durante los d\u00edas 17 y 18 de abril tuvo lugar el primer QIUC en l\u00ednea, dictado \u00edntegramente en ingl\u00e9s por el Comit\u00e9 de \u00c1rbitros de la ITF. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las dos jornadas se desarrollaron de manera muy din\u00e1mica y se ofreci\u00f3 a los cursantes el programa completo de Arbitraje de la ITF en todas sus especialidades (Formas, Lucha, Preestablecida, Rotura de Poder y T\u00e9cnicas Especiales), cont\u00e1ndose con la participaci\u00f3n de unos 430 cursantes, y 39 pa\u00edses: Afganist\u00e1n, Alemania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, B\u00e9lgica, Bulgaria, Canad\u00e1, China, Escocia, Eslovenia, Finlandia, Holanda, Estados Unidos, Francia, Holanda, Hong Kong, Hungr\u00eda, India,  Inglaterra, Irlanda, Israel, Italia, Jap\u00f3n, Jamaica, Luxemburgo, Moldova, Malasia, Noruega, Nueva Zelanda, Polonia, Rep\u00fablica Checa, Rumania, Saint Marteen, Suecia, Suiza, Taiw\u00e1n, Trinidad y Tobago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El curso, que  fue inaugurado oficialmente con un discurso del Presidente de la ITF, GM Paul Weiler<\/strong>, es Calificador de \u00c1rbitros Internacionales para los eventos de la ITF durante los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os (QIUC) y tambi\u00e9n califica para solicitar el certificado de \u00e1rbitro A (4\u00ba Dan y superior) y el certificado de \u00e1rbitro B (2\u00ba Dan y superior) a todos los que aprueben el examen final, quienes recibir\u00e1n un diploma de participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El dictado estuvo a cargo del Maestro Abelardo Benzaqu\u00e9n<\/strong> (Director del Comit\u00e9 de Umpires de la ITF), con la participaci\u00f3n del Gran Maestro Rub\u00e9n Su\u00e1rez;<\/strong> el Maestro Kurt Ottesen,<\/strong> el Maestro<\/strong> Gordon Wallace<\/strong> y los SN Saija Aalto<\/strong>, Petros Mikaelian<\/strong> (Miembros del Comit\u00e9 de Umpires de la ITF). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colaboraron activamente en la log\u00edstica previa el Tesorero de la ITF, Sabum Leo Oros Duek<\/strong> y el  SN Gustavo Livon<\/strong>, Chairman del Comit\u00e9 de Comunicaciones de la ITF. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n especial del Director del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de la ITF, GM H\u00e9ctor Marano <\/strong>y GM<\/strong> Lan Kim Ung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
